Are you sure it didn't? Did you look at your recent mods and all? That screen is bugged for the most part, could've been just visual

Got the same problem, no mods, no blueprints, no credits etc...

Yes i'v just check it, i won nothing, (i used 2 revive or 3 ) and now i have 4 :O : key used for nothing ^^

This happened to me too, submit support ticket and they will return modes and drops.

4 times for me now that I lost fusion cores.
