Taikaponi
How can it be so damn hard for people NOT to walk into the the poison clouds of the new Infested Ospreys? They are seriously the easiest thing to deal with and yet so many damn noobs die to them.
KvotheTheArcane1
Say that again when you have 10 of them swarming in a defense/survival mission. Edited June 22, 2014 by KvotheTheArcane1
Taikaponi
Say that again when you have 10 of them swarming in a defense/survival mission. Find a spot where they cannot reach you. There is more than one of those spot on every defense and survival map. IT IS THAT EASY!!! You could also try to shoot them instead of running around like a fool. Corvid
Find a spot where they cannot reach you. There is more than one of those spot on every defense and survival map. IT IS THAT EASY!!! Said spot likely doesn't have the correct sightlines to cover the pod. Edit: even so, it's pretty hard to avoid a toxin cloud that comes to you. Please, pull the other leg. You have to defend the pod, and they hit just about everywhere with their dumb AoE BullS#&$.
Taikaponi
Or just go in as a Rhino, right? Stop calling out the noobs.... Rhinos are the noobs. Said spot likely doesn't have the correct sightlines to cover the pod. Take Vauban, throw Vortex (=> enemies have no way of attacking it), shoot with Penta. This way you could solo a 4-man mission. If you can't do that, go back to Mercury ffs Edited June 22, 2014 by Taikaponi

KvotheTheArcane1
Did you miss the part in which you shoot them with Penta? Oh, I thought we were talking about decently high leveled enemies and the fact they aren't affected by the vortex. Which means dropping the penta nade at your feet isn't always the best idea. Taikaponi
Yes, everyone have a penta... As far as I know, only one Penta is required in a defence missions. Looking for ONE player with a Penta shouldn't be that hard.

low1991
How can it be so damn hard for people NOT to walk into the the poison clouds of the new Infested Ospreys? 1) Revive allies whom have lesser revives left. 2) Protect Cryopod in defense 3) Activate Life Support in survival. With toxic AOE DOT covering the above areas. Find a spot where they cannot reach you. There is more than one of those spot on every defense and survival map. IT IS THAT EASY!!! You could also try to shoot them instead of running around like a fool. Might as well dont bother damaging them as they will only use their toxic cloud charge when damaged, like Oxium osprey. Taikaponi
Here are bunch of different spots where the Ospreys won't target you: http://imgur.com/3afWlo7,ZIf3GBC,wmy07SW,l2GRuiE,0idZXrP,1usl04w,5UiV8zY,diEBBLC,4M8nhaB,FQnSH6g,RFTJaw7,jIB2c6G#0 Vauban has his Bounce ability, be creative with it. The Ospreys also seem to be stopped, or at least slowed down, by Bastille. Edited June 22, 2014 by Taikaponi
