Ingame Ui Lockup

I've had a couple games (typically in the void) where I've noticed my melee will glitch out, and in the process, my UI freezes up entirely.

 

Any XP earned at the moment lingers on screen, none of the bars or ammo counts update, doesn't tell me which weapon is out, map won't update.

 

 

Please take a look into this one, I had this happen deep into T4 defense and I couldn't tell the health on either me or the pod :X

Just had this happen to me on T3S.  Didn't take long, we weren't even through the first wave.  I was downed by a laser trap, clan mate picked me up, when I got back up I couldn't melee (the first part of the animation occurrs with no weapon in hand, but does no damage to enemies) and my UI completely locked up.  I've been trying to force the UI to reload while the others continue the run, but with no luck.  Having a command line to just reload the UI, or an option in the Esc menu, would be nice.
