[Dragon Armor Prime] will have effects all resistance (include Posion, Fire, Frozen and Laser) and [Phoenix Wings Prime] maybe will be replacement syandana in future (but not remove syandana :v :v ) will have effect add evasion for your warframe and can fly with a certain height, and if they should want to fly high over the wings that need to spend more energy and time in order to be able to fly so high again. No wings, this is not fairy land where you stick wings torn off the first pigeon you see and fly away, THAT DOESNT FIT the lore... It does not look good.
