Unable To Upgrade Rejuvenation To Level 5

So, I'm experiencing this weird problem that apparently nobody else has heard of.  I was trying to upgrade my Rejuvenation with some fusion cores and, weirdly enough, when I had it auto-fuse, it stopped when the progress bar was like a pixel from the top at level 4.  So, I just decided to try and add another fusion core manually, and when I clicked apply, a message pops up that says "Reconfiguration could not be completed.  Your account has not been charged.  Please try again later."

 

I'm hoping someone has any kind of insight on this.

 

Edit: Somehow logging out then back in fixed the problem, and my Rejuvenation is now level 5 as it should be.

Auto Fuse has recently been changed to stop just short of max level, rather than waste the majority of a core by overleveling the mod. Fill in the remaining points manually.

its been happening since 2 patches ago.  Common factor for me is that the mod is equipped when its being fused and it fails to show its fully upgraded until I relog
