Depends on your router model

Usually you need to enter your local gateway ip into your internet browser and log in then change/set config for nat (dynamic nat - actually pat) and open proper ports for warframe same goes for your firewall.)

(your local gateway ip is ip of your router usually its 192.168.0.1; 192.168.1.1; 192.168.168.1.253; 192.168.100.1)

IF you are not sure what to do - google your manual for your router and read it up there.
