Dragon Nikana Builds?

I'm trying to figure out how melee works with mods and can't seem to understand what's considered good against all the factions (grineer, corpus, infested, void). For the highest DPS, what mods would I need? Elemental? Jagged Edge? I really don't get melee ever since the update. Thanks

Well, dps is always subject to change, but you could opt for some corrosive paired with high slash dmg, to take down their armor and then do a lot of dmg with slash.

Fair enough, but I've seen some people hitting 15k+? (If my eye sight wasn't impaired) and I can hit a max of 1.8k :l

I go with this one for high tier enemies, you can vary the elements for different factions as you believe it works the most. I usually use corrosive but you could use fire or ice instead of the others. Hope it helps

Pressure Point, Spoiled Strike, Life Strike, True Steel, Organ Shatter, Fury and Viral (for Grineer or Corrupted) / Toxin (for Corpus) / Gas (for Infested).

 

If you aren't a fan of the 25% crit chance, replace the crit mods with Reach and maybe Reflex Coil or something.
