Quickest Way To Level Up Weapons

I am currently on a mastery run, just curious as to if you guys have any tips on leveling weapons a bit quicker. I have found the best way is to use a nekros and constantly desecrate(barely firing weapon)..

 

There must be a quicker way...  Any tips??

Survivals and ODD with full team has worked best for me.

If you are doing that on one of the higher leveled dark sectors that's about as fast as leveling can get just make sure you have teammates who can kill fast and don't care about you not killing anything.

 

For those recommending ODD can you get 145k xp in one 31m run because that is what I got on my last DS survival on ceres while running solo.

Low level survivals. Stay a while and it starts spawning tons of heavy enemies. Apollodorus and Cambria are my favorites, because the Grineer heavies are so weak to headshots and so easy to headshot.
