My name is Rune (yup, like the old viking letters), I'm 25 years old and work as responsible for aftersales for a small toy company. Most of my work consist of improving current procedures, work flows, guide, guidelines and other things, which comes very natural to me after having worked at a couple of different help desks for the past 3-4 years. I also made the guide on how to post pictures and other stuff. If you're are having trouble in-game or on the forums, feel free to shoot me a PM.
