Steam V Launcher

I play Warframe via Launcher not Steam.

 

Steam have a sale on for Warfeame packs. Can I still buy and use them via Steam even though I dont play game via Steam but launcher only?

 

As the prices via game / website cost more like £75 down to £25 for one pack that great

Unless the launcher is currently connected to Steam, the game has to be launched from steam in order for what you've bought can be credited to Warframe.

How do you link Steam to my account?

In order todo that you have to download the game through steam.

 

Then when you buy the pack and login to the game using the steam version the game will ask you if you would like to apply a dlc pack or whatever.

I have to re download it I guess I could just move files over so it dont download all the patches :)

How do you link Steam to my account?

Easy. Install steam, then install Warframe, log in via the steam launcher and it will ask you of you want to link your account.
