Combining Mods Freezing Screen On Window

Whenever i try to fuse duplicate mod and it exceeds what i have equip, when i press uninstall, it freezes the image of my mod page onto the window, i can still highlight everything but anything i click pops up behind the mod page.

I have this happen too. I'm trying to rank up my Serration and Hornet Strike mods and when I click the Uninstall Mod button on the "This would exceed the capacity of X weapon" it freezes my entire UI. I can still move my mouse and such, but the only way to fix it is force quitting Warframe and relaunching. I have tried to rank up my mods multiple times and regardless of whether I click the Fusion Cores button or try to choose cores manually, the moment I click Uninstall Mod from the message, the freeze occurs. Basically makes it impossible to rank them up unless I go through and remove the mod from every weapon it's equipped on.
