(PSN)psking82 Posted June 25, 2014 Posted June 25, 2014 So I play a lot of warframe, it is the best reason to own a ps4 in my opinion. The changes made when melee 2.0 came were great! I especially like the ability to channel melee attacks. So I started to wonder could channeling be implemented in the powers a warframe uses. Basically doing a channeled version of a frames ability. For example rhino charge channeled could be a single focus attack where he charges forward grabs a single target and slams it into the ground causing aoe damage to surrounding enemies. Banshee's sonic boom could become a radial sonic scream causing enemies to vomit cover their ears etc; Valkyr's rip line could pull her to the enemy for a finisher. Slash dash could be a straight forward lunge followed by a radial sweep What do you think? Hope to get your ideas and feedback!
Hired-Gun Posted June 25, 2014 Posted June 25, 2014 Decoy channeled could have the hologram run around having the enemies chase it.
(PSN)killerbunny53 Posted June 25, 2014 Posted June 25, 2014 Decoy channeled could have the hologram run around having the enemies chase it. Now I will not be satisfied until this becomes a reality!
DudeManThingDude Posted June 25, 2014 Posted June 25, 2014 Decoy channeled could have the hologram run around having the enemies chase it. They are idiots, not cats or dogs, oh wait! the grineer are dogs!
(PSN)Brako_El_Mostro Posted June 25, 2014 Posted June 25, 2014 So you want to be able to channel energy into abilities that when you use you are already channeling energy to make the ability? Dont see the logic
(PSN)psking82 Posted June 25, 2014 Author Posted June 25, 2014 (edited) Hey Brako, I realize the frames are channeling energy when they use powers but this would be a way to super charge those abilities at a cost of using more energy. Maybe I should say focus instead of channel. Edited June 25, 2014 by (PS4)psking82
