it is a  very old (sadly unfixed) bug. there isn't much you can do to avoid it, rather than not spam blade storm, and even yet you can get it. the only way out of it is dying and reviving (dont be revivided by team) or, if you are lucky enough, have a valkyr drag you to a fall with ripe line.

DE, guys, we need to fix this bug once and for all, its just getting to old.
