De was just talking about U13.9.0  coming today hinting at it being the last major update before U14 - Also likely

 

or

 

U14 is never coming - About as likely as being hit by a flying truck whilst riding a unicorn on the surface of Pluto while infected with malaria

I think they were referring to the Hotfix that rolled out not long after U13.9.0.

dont get your hopes up they might sneak in  few hotfixes :P 13.9.0.1 then 13.9.0.2/13.9.0.3 etc. XD wait a month

This kinda seems to me like one of those "I noticed something which means that SOMETHING is up!" threads. Chances are they were just referring to having one more update before U14.

U14 will have everything the Devs ever thought of, be bugless and the last update for Warframe ever bringing it out of Beta and preventing any and all hype-trains from crashing.

Well assuming that it's 4-bit code it would be 7 3 6 1 6 13

 

7(3+((6*1)+6-13)) = 14

 

U14 confirmed.
