Mods Not Uninstalling

whenever im putting cores on a mod manually and not automatically and it exceeds the limit of a weapon my whole screen will lock up and ill have to log out and log back in and remove the mod on that weapon manually anyone else having this issue?

yup, I either have to close the game down fully or start a match to get rid of it.
