Mastery Rank At An Odd Number

I was wondering why my mastery xp is currently at an odd number.  If a weapon gives 100 mastery xp per level, conquered missions at 100 each, and warframes / sentinels give 200 xp per level, why is it that mine ends in an odd number (currently next rank in 3,176)? 

 

Do dark sectors provide any mastery xp?  Do you get any from completed codex scans?  What am I missing?

You get about 61 mastery from completing mission nodes for the first time.

Clearing the star chart adds some mastery.

Clearing all the nodes on the starchart makes your mastery be an odd number.

OK thanks, I thought you got 100 points for each star chart node but that was such a long time ago, I didn't pay attention at the time.
