Why Do Leaders Have A Better Snow Globe Then Frost?

The leaders get a mobile snow globe while we get a stationary snow globe.

Although we can spam snow globe and have multiple of them, sometimes those multiple ones can get in the way and think how much more useful Frost would be with a mobile snow globe!(Then again, imagine the trolling that could be done.....ehh probably better then the issue of multiple snow globes covering the map, like giant ones)

Even if we don't, it would be at least fair to have it where when the leader casts his Snow Globe, he either has to remain stationary or the snow globe.

Or give him a different ability and keep Frost the same...or do nothing.

Have an idea for you about that.

just to make this quick; Yes, they do numerically and otherwise. Not only is a moving on, it's larger, and it scales with enemy level by orders of magnitude; a lvl 25 takes 3 times as much damage as one at lvl 20 [roughly].

At the same time, they're fighting magic wielding space ninjas Rambos that dress [and kinda act] like Eldar. One stomp to the ground and they die without any help from their shield.

Just think of Frost providing cover with his Snow Globe for the team as they push through troops, making Frost even more useful.

This could make people work as a team even more.

That sounds horrible  :p

I consider a placed and immobile Snow Globe vastly more useful.  For the record, the reason the enemies' globe moves with them isn't because that makes it better.  It moves with them because the enemies' AI subroutines aren't variable enough for them to actively use an immobile Snow Globe intelligently.

So yeah, the leaders have a weaker Snow Globe in terms of design styling.  It's stronger due to scaling at an eventual point of course, but that's a different kettle of fish.

Frost is dead. He is usable, but then again all frames are when you use good guns.

"We found players on the forum disliked how boring he was" became the nail in the coffin for any real frost use.

One side says he is defense.

Another side says he isn't.

All that matters is that its unlikely to change.

He already has his prime, there is no reason for the dev team to waste resources on a frame that won't start making money. He isn't flavor of the week, and anyone who utilizes him in game tends to give players a bad impression.

Well, by that logic, DE shouldn't have wasted their resources on buffing and replacing some frames abilities and he could become more fun with this ability.

Not a lot of people like it when Frost decides to put his Snow Globe on the Cryopod as from experience playing with Frost Prime on Senchura. They prefer for them to have it where they can actually shoot and take care of the enemies instead of having it where we have this giant shield blocking their shots, trying to protect the pod. Plus, people are more wanting to take the vantage point instead of actually getting in the Shield and firing from there.

Since we have an Infested enemy that will be raining Acid on us, this would be a good ability to use to protect people from the rain while they take care of the enemy or provide a temporary shield so your buddies can retreat safely while you come with them.

Plus, it would lower the amount of Snow Globes the game has to track and it shouldn't be too hard just to stand on the Cryopod when using Snow Globe.

True. Unfortunate, but true.

Here's a novelty idea, why not we take Frost's Snow Globe and make tow different ones, One that's stationary, and has a larger size, that when deployed it forces all enemies back to keep them away from the center and out of the globe. The other one, is smaller, doesn't force enemies back, and it leaves a icy trail that lasts for a short period of time, it'll slow and damage enemies who walk onto the trail.

I disagree, the Arctic Eximus has an inferior Globe to Frost. Frost snow glove is invulnerable for 4 seconds and because it is stationary it can be recast multiple times, whereas Arctic Eximus can only use it once ever and it's vulnerable from the get go.

I would also strongly disagree with the notion that the Arson Eximus fire blast is more powerful than what Ember has to offer, comparing it to Fire Blast is unfair and inappropriate, it's more like the World on Fire, which it is vastly inferior to (due to very low damage and blocked by objects).

The only Eximus that has an actually powerful ability is the Shock Eximus, the rest are one trick pony's that don't even have powerful tricks. Even a shield lancer is more dangerous, his shield has infinite HP.
