RedLightning Posted June 26, 2014 Posted June 26, 2014 I'll be honest here, I don't like it. The new positioning doesn't feel right at all. The first iteration, which was centered on the hand, looked and felt a lot more "correct" than the current. Now that it is skewed to the right side of each hand, it doesn't feel balanced. It is kind of off-putting to me now, I liked them better centered. But that is just my two cents.
OldSnakeMGS4 Posted June 26, 2014 Posted June 26, 2014 True - it should be more in the center again - why was it moved after all Oo ?
RedLightning Posted June 26, 2014 Author Posted June 26, 2014 True - it should be more in the center again - why was it moved after all Oo ? I don't know why it was moved. It should have just stayed how it was. At least give us the option to move it back!
LoopStricken Posted June 26, 2014 Posted June 26, 2014 I too think the old positioning was fine, and the new one is... not fine.
[DE]Draice Posted June 27, 2014 Posted June 27, 2014 Should be closer to the centre again in the next hot fix. We had to move them to a knew bone, to prevent them from sliding across the arm when you equipped a bow or gun.

Geoff told me about the mesh-sliding issue in a PM, so I was willing to accept the new positioning for animation integrity. However, I'm glad you guys came up with a fix for it!
