Hey all! So I was trying to make a warframe that was fairly balanced, but had good utility at the same time. So, after some thought, I came up with Hound. Hound is a hunter/cc warframe that utilizes duration and efficiency. Please comment on ways you think he could be improved (powers and such.)

BTW, I'm trying to put up the artwork, but my wacom broke :/ Once I finish the paper copy, I'll scan that.

Stats: Hound is a light warframe, but not squishy. He is more of a caster than tank, so his energy is a little higher than standard.

Health: 150

Shield: 100

Armor: 65

Energy: 115

Speed: 1.15

Stamina: 100

Powers:

Lance: A spear conjured by Hound that impales enemies in place. Affected by duration and range, does minimal damage. I can't decide whether the power should be hit-scan or activate instantly, but I want it to focus more on keeping the enemy in place than doing damage.

Camo: Hound creates a barrier that travels with him, reducing aggro and minimizing damage by a set amount. Affected by duration. This is an evasion/defense power. I don't want it to be a copy of what already exists in the game (Loki, Ash), so it focuses less on invisibility and more on aversion. Still iffy on this power.

Flush out: The crowd control. Hound releases ticks over the duration of this power, lifting enemies up into the air, open to attack. Affected by duration (possibly range). The reason for ticks is that it can pick up new enemies once the power has already been activated.

Instinct: Hound releases a pulse that significantly slows down enemies and strips them of armor while speeding up Hound and his allies. However, the affects of the power move with Hound; once Hound leaves an area, the enemies are no longer affected. Power range and duration can be increased.

So! After playing around with kubrows, I felt that they'd be perfect for a hunter warframe! Here's what I've come up with so far-

Ult 2- Let Loose: Hound summons a set amount of spectral kubrows to pin down enemies, while dealing bleeding procs every tick. The amount of kubrows can be altered with power strength. Ideally, this would replace Flush Out, boosting its power by adding procs to the immobilization.

Spectral Pack: Hound summons 4 kubrows (one for each subtype) to aid him in battle. The kubrows are affected by duration and strength mods. With the addition of kubrows, I thought it would be neat to have the ability to summon them as well. Having each would mean that you have cc, invisibility, and a line of defense all in one neat bundle. However, I'm iffy on the mechanics of this power, and will probably change it at some point.

I wanted Hound to be a frame that wasn't "press x to kill". Instead, I want him to require skill to use, and I want his powers to level with enemies. Lance is a power that pins enemies in place; while they can still attack, you can move out of their range. This would be a power used on enemies like gunners and bombards. Camo (the iffy power) is Hound's defensive power. While it doesn't immediately stop damage, it provides an opportunity to escape unnoticed. Flush out is Hound's crowd control. Unfortunately, it's basically the same as Bastille or Rhino, but I find the power extremely useful and fitting. Finally, Hound's ult is designed to basically play on easy mode. With minimum damage taken and enemies open to attack, power has the properties of an ultimate, but still provides a difficulty instead of the standard "press 4 to win".

Well, that's all I've got so far. Concept art will come soon (hopefully), so please tell me what you think!
