Clan Emblem - Unsure If Upload Was Successful

Hi, Wondering if anyone can help with some information.

 

I have recently uploaded an emblem for my clan and it gave me a message that it had uploaded. But going back to the account management page there is no indication that the emblem is waiting to be approved.

I have seen mentioned on the forums that this should be the case, am i right?

Did it subtract the platinum from your account?

I forgot to check how much i had before submitting unfortunately and i'm hesitant to try it again. Is there a purchase history log somewhere?

Ok so I have tried uploading one more time, checked my platinum amount and got the same message. (see image below)

 

 

My platinum amount hasn't changed afterwards and there is no message saying it is waiting to be approved so I assume it has not worked.

Has anyone else had this problem?

For anyone interested I contacted customer support and there is currently a bug with the emblem upload page that will cause some uploads not to register correctly.

 

My emblem upload problem has now be resolved.
