Trading Logs

Currently DE keeps a copy of the logs to themselves, I wondered why can't we access our own? I got ripped off at one point for Rhino P Chasis for 40p but instead bought Rhino P Systems for 40p.

I went through the whole support thing and ended up walking away with nothing, and having to buy the item again. I'm not blaming nor thinking that the Support is crap. THEY ARE ACTUALLY REALLY GOOD!

 

I did try asking the Support for a log system for my account and then I can fill in the future ones. This is what they returned me with:

 

A Trading history is not a feautre that Warframe has currently implemented! This would be a great idea to sugges tin the forums! The Warframe support desk is set up for reporting gameplay issues, technical difficulties, and payment issues only.

The development team monitors the Warframe forums for new ideas, complaints, bugs, and general feedback about the game so rest assured your voice will be best heard there.

 

So looks like I asked in the wrong place. Originally posted on the Warframe subreddit. Whats your opinion/view on this?

DE does not enforce trades, if you wasted plat on trading it's your fault. My opinion is that you should read and make sure you know what the heck you're doing. You don't deserve an excuse on trading if you wasted your platinum on stuff because you did not read. ( Not trying to be rude, but it's true, and you are informed in trading chat that trades are not enforced. )

 According to the trade information on the trade tab on the chat system. It states:

"We do not enforce trades FOR promises, clan memberships, and other favors.Trade for items only."

 

So they don't explicitly say they don't enforce trades, they say they won't enforce trades for those reasons.
