hi I just submitted my emblem it said it would message me if it was accepted or not but I still have my plat does it take it out when it has been accepted or not could someone tell me if this is right or not

should of taken too plat from you as soon as you submitted

Not too sure how it works now but your platinum may be taken when they've accepted your platinum. Or you may simply have to log out and then log back in.

log out and in didn't fix it will just wait for a message to see if it is accepted anyone know how long that takes

Normally Next Hotfix they will upload it. Just depends how many they need too approve

I had this problem as well, I contacted Support and they said that the Submission of Clan Emblems is kinda buggy. So if you try again and doesnt deduct any plat, you may send it to support so they manually put it for you.

 

I had to try 4 times before my plat was charged for the submission. And yes, I was charged only once.
