For example i want another Snow Globe so instead looking for an enemy who drops it i just go to Krill and farm it. Now for the frames in the research lab just make a mod pack availble to research.

Fo0otsteps Posted June 27, 2014 Posted June 27, 2014 Here's another idea. You get ability mods by crafting a warframe and no where else. You can't delete them and you can underclock all mods if you really want to have a lvl 2 skill for some reason

Naftal Posted June 27, 2014 Posted June 27, 2014 (edited) I still think the best option is to remove them altogether so frames always have 4 powers and balanced so you can't mod for all of them perfectly (with corrupted mods). If/when we get more abilities there can be a feature similar to changing weapons to change abilities. The abilities are what makes the frame unique and I don't think it's a good mechanic that they use the same mod slots that other mods do. They should always be available or at least only tied to frame levels and not mods. Edited June 27, 2014 by Naftal
se05239 Posted June 27, 2014 Posted June 27, 2014 Putting them in the market would be the best choice. They would vanish completely from the drop-tables and be easily acquired. Make it so that they cannot be used in transmutation and people cannot abuse them for being so accessible.

(PSN)kiddplay13 Posted June 27, 2014 Posted June 27, 2014 Or... Make them like Orokin Catalysts and not allow you to sell your original ones, but you can still sell/fuse duplicates. And implement a slider so you can adjust the level depending if you decide to change your build around
