Ingame Notification Telling There's An Update And Alerts Looping

It started recently, my Warframe is up to date but I'm receiving this notification telling me to relog and run the launcher again. I know I'm not the only one because yesterday somebody in chat was asking about this same problem. My game is normal aside from:

 

1. The same 4 alerts keeps popping up and disappearing randomly. One in particular the Reactor BP alert (the one from yesterday). Got two more reactor before I realize something is wrong.

2. First Reactor BP that I got keeps resetting it's timer in the foundry.

3. All this happens at night, today during the day it was back to normal. The reactor timer was ok, was left 2 hours to finish, but it bugged again tonight.

4. And then tonight I started having this update thing notification.

 

I did sent a ticket, and waiting for a response.

 

Edit: added now all my Extractor says "Pending"
