Reflex Guard Renders Weapons Unusable Even After Blocking Ended.

I have a few problems with the Reflex guard mod. I'll start with my setup and will then describe the problem.

Frost Prime with Reflex Guard (20%) and Reflection (~60%).

Latron Prime & Sicarus Prime

Dragon Niakana (Parry max, but propably unrelated)

1.: Reflex Guard triggers while guns are equipped.

2.: You can not shoot while the parrying is in progress.

But 3.: After the parrying stopped, I cannot fire or reload the weapon. leftclicking or pressing r just shows now effect at all.

The only way to "unjam" my weapon is to swich weapons (primary to secondary, secondary to primary and gun to melee and back all work).

This happens both with primarys and secondarys. I can still quick melee, even before switching weapons, but shooting doesn't turn usable by this.

This seems to be avoided by trying to fire while in the blocking animation, so intense firefights are quite safe. But should I be running, parrying, waiting for the animation to end and then try to return fire, I can't.

I just recently started using Reflex Guard, so I can not make any statements as to since when this happened. Maybe some of you can?

havent tried it these few patches but previously if reflex ever "jammed" anything you just had to whack quick melee to fix it, quick melee would also break the reflex anim early so you can fire a weapon or do whatever else, activating powers also cut the anim short.  (most useful being ash/loki invis)
