Ui Mouse Lag

Probably where i need to be, anypoops the aiming sensitivity works just fine but when i get to the hacking portions or when I'm selecting missions the main UI mouse lags hardcore. Tech support had me do a bunch of irrelavent tasks (and 8 emails later nothing was fixed.) So is there a way to fix this or am i doomed to laggy mouse syndrome.

 

For the record:

 

1. No I'm not using any third party software for sensitivity

2. My computer has all the requirements to play this game

3. In-game sensitivity has 0 effect on UI sensitivity
