Make the corrupted versions similar to the mods in the aspect of giving them a nice buff in addition to some type of negative stat effect. Breeding Grounds was like the first "real" Infested-only Event (Don't count the first parts of Sling-Stone/Hunt for Alad V) and they could have handed out an "upgraded" Infested weapon but they went for Prova Vandal, which could have been a reward to any other Corpus Event. No devs have confirmed this whatsoever, so it's all on speculation. Also keep in mind there's a Braton Prime AND Vandal, along with a Lato Prime and Vandal, in addition to two more regular Braton versions and a single Lato.
