Seele Posted June 28, 2014 Posted June 28, 2014 Channeling mods only take effect while channeling. You do not see their bonuses on the arsenal page.
APBladeX Posted June 28, 2014 Posted June 28, 2014 Its a channeling mod, so you need to channel your melee weapon in order for it to take effect.
