Freeze/crash As I 'zoom' Into A Planet

This started yesterday, with no known changes to my pc. When I select a planet, the game hangs up, then eventually crashes to desktop. I can enter dojo  and void/OD missions without issue.

 

Description:

  A problem caused this program to stop interacting with Windows.

Wow, I've only had freezes whenever I start a session but crashing is bad. Try putting it on solo? AFAIK the freeze only happens if you start from Online/Private, but sometimes doesn't happen when I start a session with Solo and change.

None of that data really helps. What you should do is grab your EE.log immediately after you crash (if you restart the game before copying the EE.log to a support ticket it overwrites the EE.log with a fresh one). Then send the EE.log in with a Support Ticket.

 

The EE.log will help support see what's happening in the game leading up to the crash.

 

Also, try verifying your game cache via the launcher.
