Not Dying After Bleeding Out

Me and my friends were recently playing on apollodorus and i went down. However i when i bled out, it reset the death time and i just sat there and bled out another 5 times before someone got to me. After being revived, when i would quick melee it would sent me into a slide melee attack every time i pressed the melee button. I finally switched to melee by holding the switch weapon button. while this was funny at the time it might be a serious problem down the line.
