Valkyr Hysteria Glitch/ Falling Through World Glitch

I've had this problem about 3 times. When using Valkyr sometimes she doesn't seem to recover from her hysteria mode and today the warframe did the same thing along with blocking forever not letting me attack or shoot my dread. Along with this, i also fell through the world doing the vulban alert mission (HADES PLUTO/ Research Facility ambush)  and when left the game and rejoined, the screen was all glitched out with no map and valkyr was still glitched in her hysteria. 

 

I screen capped some images of the bugs but i do not know where or if i could post them. anyways was wondering if anyone else had encountered this problem while playing this mission or valkyr in general.

i had a glitch with it that forced me to melee, and stay vulnerable (dont get me wrong i do love jat, but i wanna shoot people at times, and also if a skill is supposed to make me invulnerable with a penalty i should have both the pro and the con, not just the con)
