Lag /speed & Slow Motion Play

Ok so yesterday I was on the rails on pluto....and for some reason the speed of the enemies was like a berzerk mode.....it was crazy....so I figured there may be some type of new game mode I wasnt informed about. So today I log and the whole entire game is moving slow....I mean super slow.....I jumped in a game and my warframe was moving in slow motion......im not sure whats going on...maybe some one else is experiencing this.....if so let me know how you fixed it....(((and yes I restarted my ps4 many times and logged back in.....same process happening......I also tried another game just to see if its the system and its not.

I have been noticing horrible lag in multiple missions. Ran a speedtest on my network while playing and the network was able to run 15Mb/s down, 7Mb/s up, and 49ms ping. After the match, ran the network speedtest from the PS4 and only got 4.2Mb/s down 1.3 up. I don't know if this is a Playstation Network issue or something with DE's servers, but this needs to get fixed.

Had a similar problem a couple of minutes ago. Everything including the main menu and title screen was in something like a slow mo state?!

Sadly I don't remember where I was playing this weekend (I just go along for the ride with the uber high leveled clan-mates for some goodies) but there was an infested mob and the lag kicked in. Actually froze a number of times then jolted back to game. Hadn't had much lag at all until recently.
