Why Do The Corrupted Grineer Look So Different?

Just wondering why they look a lot slimmer then their non corrupt counter parts, is it their armor?

Also are these early clone versions of the Grineer?

I'm still having trouble trying to figure out what the corrupted part implies, transformed or mind controlled?

Is this why the Orokin were wiped out? Much like the infested they started to take over resulting in imbalance, so the Tenno rebelled? They got too strong/corrupted.....or something?

Corrupted Grineer are just regular Butchers, but retetured and with the golden thingy on their faces. That's why they don't have this whole bulky armour.

It the light armor Grineer like butchers and powerfists wear. Though you are right in the fact that there is no medium armored ones does not make sense. The only lore reason i can think off is that its Grineer archaeologists and not marines that got zapped by the neural sentry.

 

Mabye its just a developer oversight.

No, this likely has nothing to do with why the Orokin were wiped out. Except maybe the "imbalance" part.

I just hope that every other unit will get its orokin counterpart. We already have orokin heavy gunners, why not a orokin napalm unit or a orokin corpus sniper?
