Raptor Boss Battle Bug

I was running a boss battle on Naamah against the corpus and when I get to the outdoor arena to battle, I used Loki's invisibility to try and take down the raptors pool. But for some reason they kept shooting at me even when cloaked and it was real frustrating. I cloaked several times during that battle and even still they kept shooting at me. I had taken out most of what enemies were shooting at me but they kept coming. 

Is this a bug?

The Raptors missiles have always tracked you even when invis, not a bug though it is extremely annoying.

 

One tip i can offer if make sure before you go invis is to make sure line of sight is broken and then go invis, that seems to help but it is not a 100% work around.

Thank you! Or it could be my weapon. If you have one that fires continuously, does that hint the enemies as to where you are?

Honestly, nothing really works against Raptor. The explosions will even go through Frost's bubble.
Your best bet, is to get to the little hut in the middle, and huddle up in there.

If you have a weapon with good punch-through, that makes it even easier cuz then you can just shoot through the walls of the hut.

The hut itself is useless when Raptor starts his homing missile barrage attack as those rockets have enough splash radius to damage you even through the hut's walls

You used to be able to switch teleport Raptor into the hut and it would get stuck, twas hilarious. 

Not sure if that still works though.

Mag's Bullet Attractor used to stop the missile barrage. Not sure if that still works anymore.
