Warframe Crafting...

I'm very sorry if this has been asked before but I can't seem to get a straight answer. I've looked on the wiki and browsed the forum for answers but haven't found one that people agree on (from the wiki). My question is, When I finish crafting a new warframe in the foundry and claim it (I'm currently building Ash), will I get his/her powers as well? For example, after I finish Ash, will I unlock Shuriken, Smoke-Bomb, Teleport and Blade Storm? Or will I have to find them in-game? If I do, where are the best places to do so?

Yes you will.

Yes you will get the ability cards with the warframe, no matter if you buy via platinum, rush it or wait it out.

If you want to upgrade them infested missions are your best bet to get duplicates
