What Do These Tick Boxes Mean? [Warframe Builder]

Why do they give different numbers?

They take into consideration the corresponding stats when checked. In other words, checking the box to the right of the crit stats will add those crit stats into the damage calculation.

It displays the total, burst and sustained damage at the bottom.

The tick boxes (respectively) toggle adding additional average damage based on the critical chance and multiplier, whether to add the 30% for calculating vs Grineer, and to show the damage should you channel.

Because the builder is showing you the number those stats affect when you tick them.

 

By your image, it's giving you the numbers of a critical hit, versus Grineer, while channeling.
