So nerf because it uses too much ammo? Not gonna try just not shooting as much? Perhaps a mod to support your ammo addiction? Maybe using a different gun? Sucking it up and dealing with it maybe? No?

 

The only other way I read it is that you want the damage per clip the same but the ammo usage to be less... so a buff. Less insane I guess but still no. Read above for solutions.

all 3 of those weapons have immense ammo drain, yet their dps per mag is high.

 

my suggestion to improve their ammo efficiency is to reduce their base firing speed by a good % so we can sustain our dps .

 

my two cents.......

thats the point they are made so that you can either balance them with mods or be ammo efficient

Rate of fire affect the dps. Yes even with continuous weapons.

Does TAR just refill one clip per use or does it just sit on the ground for a duration and restore per clip? I honestly haven't needed one ever since I don't really do any high level content for an extended amount of time.

It pulses 4 times over 7.5 seconds - for 360 (rifle) ammo. And you have to be near that thing, range isn't that great at all.

if you get the same damage output.

 

why the hell would you want  sustained DPS instead of burst?

 

also you can slam a critical delay and get that effect with a bonus to critical chance without messing up with our weapon
