For a unforma'd Excalibur, I would probably run something like this

For higher levels (Void, high level defense/survival, etc.), I would run a radial blind build (4 forma)

For zorens, they are really good for crits. There are two types I would use (Channeling and normal melee)

You should switch out the elementals depending on the faction

Infested - Corrosive (channeling) / Corrosive/Heat (normal melee)

Grineer - Radiation (channeling) / Radiation/Toxin (normal melee)

Corpus - Magnetic (channeling) / Magnetic/Toxin (normal melee)

Void - Corrosive (channeling) / Corrosive/Cold (normal melee)

 

The zorens are pretty good, but you should switch them out later on for dual ichors, dragon nikana, etc.

You should still keep them for coptering though.

I was thinking only for melee use and damage, but they're really good for coptering. I kept them both. Dual ichors for damage and Dual zorens for coptering/speed running

Fixed that for you.

That build has negative range. Might as well take out radial blind, The range is too small.
