Foundry Glitched?

When I open the foundry, nothing shows up. All that I can see are the scroll bars, nothing else. My market is also glitched, there are no tabs at the top above the promotion and once I open the market that screen wont go away unless I restart the game. I really wanna play my Trinity which should have just finished building :(

Refresh your market, i have that everyday, usually closing and opening again fixes it. sometimes i even have to restart the client

I have had this problem for the last 2 days now. I can even log out of the game and the market screen will still be there over the login screen. I've restarted my client maybe 15 times.

I've read of others having this issue as well. I'd say if re-starting doesn't cure it, it sounds like something you really need to have available, so put in a trouble ticket.
