Other than that just all the usual problems with trading. Whats the issue? Can you select it to put it into the trade? Does it look like it works and then fails? Are you only having trouble trading it to a specific person, or to anyone?

No, you have to actually build the helmet. The helmets are tradeable. The prints are not.

This. You can't trade Arcane helmet BPs. So if you built it and it's not tradeable, then contact support.

yeah, in the warframe universe you can't trade the bp but can trade the helmet. On the other hand, can't trade made prime part but can trade it's bp. A lot of sense!

You cannot trade blueprints. You can only trade the already built helmets (you can only build a new one if you trade off the old one). 

 

To trade an already built helmet, it needs to be unequipped from the Warframe it belongs to before trading.
