Cobalt313
You know how Volt's Overload ability has that secondary effect where it gets more powerful if electronics like lights or terminals get caught in the radius? What if that effect triggered on robotic enemies, too? I know this wouldn't make Volt any less of an overspecialized (albeit fun as heck) Corpus killer, but it would make him a wee bit more useful on tilesets other than Corpus Ship. Taikaponi
It does deal more damage when there are more enemies around. The lightning has 100% proc chance and will arc to nearby enemies, dealing more damage. People just don't know how and when to use it.

I think what he's suggesting is that robotic mobs be treated as light fixtures and turrets so that Overload can be more viable outside of the the Corpus ship tileset. What you're talking about is more general; this is specifically about electronic mobs not increasing the damage like turrets on corpus ships. This has very little to do with chaining or procs; this is a problem that showed up well before procs (I would say back when the 2nd tileset was introduced), and for whatever reason, this suggestion hasn't been incorporated into Overload yet. Would make perfect sense; since turrets count, why don't MOAs count?
_Absolom_
I've been using that mofo for 6 months now, and his 4th is a bit of a lackluster compared to that of other frames. I'm being all-out honest here, we need a buff for that stuff.

9tailboy
Volt has already been debuffed to hell, highest shields, but lowest armor value, one of the best skills, but little or no use, and ultimate still gets you killed using it in front of people, I use volt just for super speed running missions, all that speed and noone to stop me >:D

Still has a short radius and mediocre damage without any light fixtures in range, but at least it's better than it used to be.

I'm being all-out honest here, we need a buff for that stuff. I slapped a maxed intensify on there and the only place I've ever had trouble with overload not dealing enough damage is T4 and the very end of T3. The tweak I'd like to see is a hud overlay telling me exactly what counts as an electronic device.
