I don't think it's indicated in any way. The first 5 seconds of its lifetime is invulnerability time. You can watch the timer on snow globe icon and determine when the invulnerability time is over with that.

 

Snow Globe icon always shows the timer for the last globe you casted, so if your globe duration is 20 seconds, the invulnerability time stops when it's at 15.

Warframe Builder and Warframe Wiki say the invulnerability time is 4 seconds

Unless I imagined it while your outside looking at it, the Globe sort of pulses, solid/not solid for the first 4 seconds, then it goes back to normal looking.

 

I think the pulsing is to show the invulnerability time, though I couldn't see that from inside.
