Yes. Fire rate mods on bows will decrease the charge time.

Reload is how long arrow to bow, fire rate is draw speed.

 

Latron prime benefits from fire rate, reducing the minimum time between trigger pulls.

Absolutely

 

Latron Prime is my favorite weapon, and Shred is a must-have mod. (rate of fire + punch through = dps dps dps)

 

Speed Trigger works wonders on bows, greatly reducing "string pull" time for max damage and punch through.

On bows, fire rate mods decrease the time needed to fully charge your shots; additionnally, reload speed mods reduces the time needed to get another arrow from your quiver after shooting.

 

With max fire rate and reload speed mods, bows can shoot about 2 to nearly 2.5 times faster.

All of the semi-auto weapons in the game have a firing cap attached to them to stop people firing them at crazy speeds via macros

Adding fire rate mods reduces the effect of this
