No one's getting hurt by it. If you feel like this isn't worthy of a thread, the fastest way for it to go away is people ignoring it. To the original poster, I think the ability to choose ones gender would be nice, but it probably won't happen (and the only reason I say probably is because nothings certain... but this is probably as close to certain as it gets.)
