Split Chamber Didn't Max Out

Hey guys, I'm just wondering if this has ever happened to you...... So I just got split chamber and I went to my "Mods" and started to max out split chamber. But the strangest thing happened, I clicked on all mods that I wanted to fuse (split chamber was completely maxed out) then I hit accept and for some reason when I went back to mods, the split chamber's rank went from 5/5 to 4/5 and all of the mods I used completely disappeared which indicates that the fusion should've been successful. So........ what the actual hell just happened?

relog its a bug since 13.7.0, it will show maxed only then
