Can't Build Dual Cestra

I went to build the Dual Cestra earlier, and I got past the screen to select which two Cestras I wanted to use, and I told it to build. However, I was short on credits (I'm poor), so I went and did a mission and now I have enough money. Now, however, it won't let me build the Dual Cestra. There's a red x under the second gun now, so I believe it doesn't think I have both of the required guns even though it let me through on the previous try...

 

I restarted the client (which fixes a lot of my bugs), but that didn't work. Has this happened to anyone else? Any ideas?

Firstly: do you have one of the cestra's equipped?

 

Second: do you have any other sidearms other than the cestra's? (I know, stupid question but it has happened before)

Two things:

1, make sure you have another secondary weapon. You must always have a weapon of each type in your inventory, and attempting to use your last secondary (or melee) to craft a dual variant will not work.

 

2, make sure you have both Cestras selected. I've noticed in the past that sometimes it wouldn't register (or make it clear) when I did select things, so it could be a little confusing trying to make sure they're both selected.

 

Those are the only two things I can think of (besides obvious resource requirement) that could be causing this. Good luck!

Ahh, Armouredhuter, you are right. I sold my other side arm inbetween missions. Thanks for the tip.

That's right. I had to sell the other weapon to make room for a new mele weapon, so now I don't have enough room to pick up a new pistol which I need so I can combine the two I have. I know this is off topic, but is there any way around this, or do I have to sell one of my current weapons so I can buy a new pistol so I can finally make the dual cestra?
