What Happened To My Dual Heat Swords?

I remember I crafted them because they were the only dual swordS(emphasis on the plural "s") and they looked really cool. It was nice actually having a pair of dual swords that lived up to the name. I go to equip them today and one of them is a dagger again! When did that happen? And who at DE thought that was a good idea?

I have a similar problem. Mine weren't 'retrieved' yet but they were sitting in my foundry built but have now disappeared. The foundry icon is still showing a 1 inside it and has been for a couple months now, but they're no where to be found within the menus.

 

A support ticket might fix both our issues. I was waiting to see if the new foundry UI in update 14 would fix it, but seeing your problem makes me think otherwise.

 

If they just removed it entirely it would be nice to know.

From wiki:

• The previous version of this weapon was a Heat Sword and a Heat Dagger used together. Update 13 changed the weapon to use two Heat Swords instead.
  • This has since been reverted in a recent hotfix.

That's actually quite interesting, I didn't know about this.

 

I'd love to have dual swords be ACTUAL DUAL SWORDS. Bothered me since the start.

Nope. One of the Skanas resembles a dagger (due to its short nature) more than a sword.
