Flow Mod - Misleading Calculations

My "Flow" mod is currently as rank 3, saying "+100% power max," but I'm noticing that it's not 100% of current/total power.

Nyx: Base power = 150 (@Level 30: 225)/ + Flow = 375
Mag: Base power = 100 (@Level 30: 150)/ + Flow = 250

My conclusion is that it takes 100% of your BASE power total and adds it on to the current total. Should the mod be more specific? Perhaps "+100% base power" or simply adjust the mod to add 100% of the warframe's total energy?

Anyone else getting this?
