Need Help With Clan Emblem-Solved!

I have read the wonderful guide (hands down) at the top of the page,but i'm really afraid of making a mistake.

As i am no photoshop specialist and don't use it daily,i require advice.

This is the emblem i want to use for my Clan

and the questions are:Will the yellow turn into a flashlight (become overly shiny after it's been implemented)?

Perhaps this design is poor overall (because of such detail) and i should scrap it?

Do you think it will be approved?

No it shouldn't turn flahy yellow and will turn out the same way it does with the preview and you did a great job with it as long as you followed the rules there won't be any problems.
