Huge Lag After 1 Minute Gameplay?

Hello everyone, have problem here. The game is running very smooth with maxed out settings, but every minute , i get a huge lags that i cant actually shoot anyone or do something, everything is so slow. Than it stops , i have a smooth game again , and after a minute , again the same huge lag problem. Dunno what to do here , tried lowering video settings , but that doesnt change anything.

Acer Aspire V3-571G

Windows 8 64-bit.

Intel Core i7-3630QM @ 2.40 GHz

8192MB RAM

GeForce GT640M

I got a lot of lag last night during alert missions only. Regular multi player missions no lag, but alerts were lagging like crazy.

It is happening for all missions i play. I cant seem to find the problem. My drivers are up to date :/

Your video can be overheating constantly (or CPU) and going into throttle mode.

It couldnt be so. Just noticed that the Warframe isnt the only game that does lag. For example , Asassins Creed 3, some time ago it runned smoothly on the max settings, but i just played the game , and yep , theres the same mistake again. Yesterday i restored my PC to factory settings so it could be so , that i have some dump files in PC or viruses that are slowing my machine down. I Think the solution is in nvidia graphics drivers, because before i updated them i didnt noticed any lags, gonna try to install previous drivers and then give it a try.
